At BookWharf, we aim to deliver your favorite books quickly, safely, and affordably — wherever you are. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, package, and ship your orders, as well as estimated delivery timelines.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successfully placed and a shipping confirmation email when your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier link via email or SMS so you can follow your shipment in real time.
If you do not receive tracking details within 5 days, please contact us at support@bookwharf.com with your order ID.
5. Packaging & Handling
All books are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
We use eco-friendly and durable packaging materials to ensure your books reach you in perfect condition.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees imposed by their country’s regulations.
BookWharf is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs processes.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
While rare, if your package is delayed or lost, we’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve it quickly.
If a package is confirmed lost, we’ll either reship the order at no cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
BookWharf is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize you entered the wrong address, please email support@bookwharf.com within 12 hours of placing your order so we can make corrections before dispatch.
9. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse to accept delivery and contact us immediately at support@bookwharf.com with pictures of the damaged parcel.
We will work with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
10. Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items
If your order includes pre-order or out-of-stock items, your entire order may be shipped together once all items become available.
You’ll be notified in advance if there’s a significant delay or given the option for partial shipping.
